Terry Ryan is a very dedicated and professional person who truly cares about his clients.

Terry grew up in and has lived almost his entire life in Northeast Arkansas. He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas. He worked 11 years in Manufacaturing and also strarted and operated two highly successful retail businesses. He has bought and sold commercial property for a number of years and still owns commercial property in the Walnut Ridge and Pocahontas areas.

Terry has served the Walnut Ridge Area Chamber of Commerce as President and was selected Man of the Year in 1996. Terry was selected to participate in and graduated from the Leadership Arkansas program. Terry also serves on the board of directors of the Walnut Ridge Country Club.

Terry and his wife Regina have two children, Matthew, age 17, and David age 12. Matthew is an avid golfer. David is very interested in becoming a pilot and also competes in archery tournaments.

Terry is a member of the Arkansas Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors and the National Residential Sales Council. Terry is the principal broker and owner of Ryan Real Estate. He has also achieved the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) desiginations.

During the time Terry worked in manufaturing he was directly involved in the purchasing departments of two Fortune 500 companies. He worked as a Purchasing Agent for Skil Corporation and as Purchasing Manager and Materials Manager for Douglas Products. During this time Terry developed and advanced his skills in purchasing and negotiations and he can now put these skills to work for you.
